Maura and I will open our studios for a relaxed afternoon of art and wine on Sunday November 15th from 2 to 5 pm. See Maura’s latest wallpaper collection and Wil’s new drawings.

Opening Drawing Session

The Quick Center for the Arts at St. Bonaventure University opened the Climate Conversations Exhibit with a drawing session. I lead students in a found texture sketching lesson. It was raining, so we found textures inside the Quick Center like A/C vents, carpet, tile, etc. We finished with a short discussion on using texture to build excitement in your drawings and art.

The Exhibit runs through April 5th.
