We are thinking of friends and family that we haven't been able to see this year, and looking forward to peaceful holidays, and a more promising 2021!
We are sad that Maura's father died just before his 92nd birthday. Her mother died two years ago, so we have lost more than a father, a grandfather and father-in-law. It's been a challenge to clear out and sell her parents’ home of over 50 years. We know this is among many losses people have experienced.
On a positive note Allen is still working at Housing and Development in Chicago. Wil and Maura have been creating lots of art, including a series of tree drawings and pencil landscapes. Maura is printing in piecing fabric. For us art is joy.
